Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between your fence company ("you") and DCA LLC ("FenceRep", "we", "us") for using FenceRep. By creating an account or using FenceRep, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you're allowed to agree for it.

The service

FenceRep helps you measure, price, draw, sign and manage fence jobs, send documents, route leads and collect deposits. We may improve or change features over time. We'll tell you before removing anything major you rely on.

Free trial

New companies get a 14-day free trial with no card required. When the trial ends, the app is locked until you choose a paid plan. Your information stays saved.

Plans and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Prices are listed on fencerep.com. If we change a price, it applies to new subscriptions; for existing ones we'll give at least 30 days' notice by email first.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Plan & billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial periods unless the law requires it.
• If a payment fails, we'll retry and email you. If it still fails, the account is locked until payment is made.

Your jobs and your customers

• Your contracts are between you and your customers. FenceRep is a tool for creating and signing them; we are not a party to them.
• You're responsible for your prices, your contract terms, your licenses and permits, and for following the laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection, contractor and e-signature laws.
• Measurements, drawings, footage and material lists are estimates. Check them before you order materials or start a job.
• You're responsible for having permission to enter and contact the people whose information you put in FenceRep, and to send them texts and emails.

Card deposits

Deposits are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. The money goes to you; FenceRep doesn't hold it and isn't responsible for refunds, disputes or chargebacks between you and your customer. If you add a card fee, you're responsible for making sure surcharges are allowed in your state and by the card networks, and for disclosing them.

Your data

Your company's information belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it only to run FenceRep for you, as described in our privacy policy. You can ask for an export or deletion at any time.

Acceptable use

Don't use FenceRep to break the law, send spam, harm other people, try to get into other companies' accounts, or interfere with the service. Keep your password private, and remove logins for people who leave your company. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Our property

FenceRep, its software, design and name belong to DCA LLC. Your subscription gives you the right to use it for your business while your account is active.

Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep FenceRep available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, DCA LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost jobs or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using FenceRep and cancel at any time. We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms or doesn't pay, and we'll give notice where we reasonably can. After an account closes, we delete its information as described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email account owners at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Alabama.
